It does, but it actually looks like an improved version of one of their phones released before the iPhone.

I want this but i have to wait to see the htc sensation. I wonder whats gonna be better. Until then i have to use my pos unlocked iphone 38 with a broken volume rocker and hold button and screen. I also am blazing data on edge network currently. I really need a new phone!

Here's a comparison I found: Link

My personal opinion: Both phones are very close contenders but the SGSII's superb display and super slim design are the deciding factors for me.

Well does it do facetime video chat on 4G with the full 2MP's?

Definitely, you can use all kinds of video chat apps with the front camera. Fring, Tango, Google Talk, Qik Video Chat, and many more. Facetime is obviously Apple specific so you won't see that on any Android device but there are plenty of cross-platform video chat apps (Qik, Tango, and Fring offer this already). Fring even supports group video chat. So you'll have no problem finding video chat apps for this phone.

Interesting. First one was a great phone, but I never got interested in it because of cheap plastic feel.

An SOC is pretty much all of the internal components of a phone (like the sound card, gpu, cpu etc) is all put into a single small chip. That is what Nvidia's tegra is and that is also what Samsung's Exynos is.
But the difference between Samsung's Exynos and Tegra 2 is very small, in some cases tegra 2 wins but in other cases, Exynos trumps tegra.
True, but there is one huge difference between the two chips, the tegra2 does not have the NEON instruction set, the exynos does. The neon set is a huge advantage, when used right you can offload many workloads onto the neon instead of the cpu such as video and graphics work.

Also the orion supports ddr3
I dont know how some of you are saying the sgs feels cheap. It feels fine in mu hand a little too light at first, but I got used to it. I have dropped the sgs many times and all the pieces are still attached to the phone with minor blemishes, I dont know if you can say the same with the iphone 4.
