I would like to see the algorithm for "IsFanboyism()". Got one for "IsTroll()"? It is potentially worth millions!

What's the point of brand value, anyway?
Branding used to be a way to ensure the quality of a product. However in the modern world it's a ticket to lessen quality for profits. The better the brand name the more product you can take away while still charging the same price.

Which one of those companies listed is guilty of that, in your opinion?

Your mistake is assuming that branding is strictly for high-quality products and is used to generate higher prices.

Branding can be used to ensure the quality of a product.... good or bad. Branding is more used for sales and product/service recognition.

When someone purchase McDonald's, they are not obviously looking for a high-quality product but a consistent low-cost product. When someone thinks of Walmart, they are usually not thinking about quality as much as price.

If a company sells a product that is undermining their brand, then the brand itself will be hurt in the long run.

sorry bro i need to be honest here instead of being slave. Apple sucks and a list saying Coco Cola as most valuable, fails instantly.
