WaterCooling leap suggestions requested...

Hi all,

This is my first post and I am looking for help from all willing to get it.

I am currently running my 2600k on a 212+ with a push/pull fan setup. My load temps at my current OC are fine at 64-65oC, but I want to push it a lot further since I have a strong cpu running high OC's at low voltage (4.5GHz at 1.296 vcore).

I have been looking at water kits on many sites and cannot determine what is the best value/performace with room to grow for CPU overhead.

I am looking to do a CPU loop only (no GPU/chipset blocks). I want to push voltage up higher and push for 4.9-5.1GHz (looking to do 1.40-1.42 vcore and will require strong cooling for it).

I have done water cooling in the past with a koolance water cooled case when they were first released and then a custom kit I built with parts from dangerden. But this was so long ago, I am not confident in picking parts out directly and all the reviews of the big kits out there all seem similar so I ask for help from people that have kits that are currently on the market.

I am looking at the Rasa RS240/RX240 or the EK-H30 HF.

Which kit would be best for a single loop and provide the best quality parts?

Or should I spend more and look towards swiftech?

If that's the case have a look at the XSPC Rasa kit, great value for money and a very good entry level watercooling loop , Didn't see you put that, go with the RX loop

The XSPC Rasa kit is great. The only thing lackluster in the kit is the tubing which you should replace as it gets brown and dirty fast. Overall you cannot go wrong with the kit. The other kits are ok but just not as good.

Is there much of a cooling difference between the RX and the RS kits other then the thicker rad?
