To pencil mod you need a pencil and a multimeter, you basically 'draw' over a resistor that controls the voltage, lowering the resistance and so raising the voltage. There are some guides on here http://www.overclock.net/general-vol...ssentials.html. Your 5770 will require a different pencil mod to mine as I have a gigabyte (different PCBs) 5770. Quick google search should find one for your 5770 though.

I want 1100/1400 on my 5770. That's why i want to up voltage. My PC crashed on 1000/1250 today. I think i need more voltage.
