So, after updating drivers, you still have the issue? Just for the heck of it, can you save your current BIOS settings, and just load optimized default (or similar) to see what effect it has?

Well, it's official: It's my graphics card. It seems I got a bad card, so I am sending it back. Luckily, it's under warranty still, so I expect a new one in return. This should fix the problem. Thanks everyone that tried to help me though!! ^^
