which pump? Massive WC loop!

now im planning a very big loop in accordance with my case and mobo change. I'm upgrading my midtower haf cabinet to a full tower haf 932. I'm also upgrading my motherboard from ud4-b3 to maximus 4 extreme.

This is going to loop hardware;

1x rs120 rad.
1x rs240 rad
1x ek coolstream 360 rad
2x EK gtx 560 waterblocks
1x rasa cpu block
250ml res
1x full MOBO chipset/mosfet waterblock for maximus 4 extreme (link; http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/ek...me-nickel.html)
possibly a ram waterblock for 4x stick, if there's enough $$

Now i realise that my current x20 450 l/hour pump just isnt going to cut it .. Money is tight, so can you recommend a pump that will run this loop resonably? Im basicallying submerging my entire pc.

appreciate it

One mcp355 with an aftermarket top.

$75 maybe. Cheaper if it's used.

Top is recommended as it allows the pump to flow more freely. the outlet on most pumps are a bit restrictive.

Swiftech MCP655

Swiftech MCP35X

are my recommendations, chipset blocks adds a decent amount of restriction to the loop.

Your going to hear that chipset cooling and ram cooling is not very effeicent way of spending money as there is little overclocking to be done with ram or chipset. the restriction it adds to the loop doesnt exactly constitutes its very little benefits.

I would recommend not doing a ram and chipset cooling. You will then be fine with just the mpc 355.

But to answer your question i have not heard about the performance of that pump you linked. I have seen it uses but cant tell you how it performs.

Radiator don't add much restriction it's the blocks.

The 355 is a very strong pump, with or with out the top.

If you buy the ram block then buy the pump top.

You will be ok with 1 mcp355 pump. I have 2 cpu's, 2 gpu's and 3 rads in my loop and had no problems. You can always use 2 pumps just for redundancy if it makes you feel safer.

I don't know much about the 4.0 you posted.

I'd just stick with the 355, hopefully u can afford it somehow.

Here is a review of the pump (well the DD version but I think it is the same pump as it has the same specs and I've heard this pump is rebranded by several companies).
