Best Monitor <=$110?

post #1 of 4
Thread Starter
Just as the title says... I'm on a strict budget and need a monitor for $110. I'm not willing to move up any higher...

Newegg has 20 different options, and it's overwhelming. o.o I know little to nothing about monitor specs and would appreciate any help.

Link.

If it matters, video card is a Radeon 5770. No real preference in size, since they're all under 19"...

Thanks.

This is probably the best choice... if you can add $10. Best resolution and is an investment once you upgrade your GPU since it can game at 1920x1080.

If you're really keen on sticking with your price point it will limit you once you upgrade your GPU since the resolutions don't even hit 1650x1080. But if you must I would pick this:

low budget = buy used = more bang for buck

check craigslist or something

Be careful buying used on craigslist. I always try to fork out the extra money because
1. You know it will not be damaged (usually )
2. You will have a warranty/customer support
