Yeah, I've heard about that...

What're you going to do? Get a different type of block?

You should change the build description to exclude EK...

My case powdercoating has been delayed. New ETA is Monday/Tuesday next week.

Update:

A lot of this colour scheme was based off my using EKs acetal/nickel blocks. I will admit the black is very nice and I'm having a hard time forcing myself to part with the idea. I honestly dont think I can fully trust EK to send me a quality product.

I'll be ordering the full set of water blocks on the 25th of this month. If, before that time, EK happen to admit they screwed up, assure their customers that they have completely fixed the problem and will 100% no longer ship faulty products then I would probably go back to them.

If they don't then I'll be using either AquagraFX or Heatkiller GPU blocks (tilting towards heatkiller now for their SLI bridge even though Aquagra seems to outperform it slightly), Koolance CPU-370, and the MIPS full board Asus MIVE block.

That's a lot less black and a lot more nickel/silver in my build than I wanted. I'm thinking some clear tubing with a dose of Mayhems red dye would compliment the new look more than black tubing. - What do you think?

There's a suitable stack of goodies piling up in my house now. My pumps arrived and I've installed heatsinks on them both. I can say that swiftechs warranty stickers are 100% impossible to remove without voiding them. They work, but no more swiftech for me nonetheless. Both types of black tubing. HW Labs BI SR1 480. I'll wait until the case arrives before snapping more pics unless someone wants something specific.

Yes.. case and custom midplate DELAYED again. I've been promised it for this weekend but I'm not holding my breath.

$1700 actually! Though you can take a massive chunk of that off 'technically' thanks to my governments 20% VAT thievery.

It's very frustrating. I feel like I want to delay this one too. EK was really the core of this build.

Here's hoping! I couldn't justify buying a TJ11 though I would really love to have gotten one instead.
