Cooling GFX card question / airflow issue

Picture of temperatures
Picture of inside computer
not pictured was a 200mm fan on the top and a side 120mm fan. he 200mm is outtake and the side fan is intake.(not sure about the side fan to be honest)

I notice that the temperature of my gpu is far hotter than anything else in the case and i was curious first off if the temperature is going to cause problems? I was just browsing the internet and got those temps. And second why is the temperature that hot compared to other components?

thanks for the help I am curious as to why this is occurring!

graphics cards get hotter than a cpu and can take higher temperatures, tidy up your cables abit by hiding them behind your mb tray and can turn your drives round so connectors on the back. if you have a spare fan try it behind the graphics card on the hdd rack pushing air towards the graphics card

Seems like a high idle, but GPU's run alot hotter than everything else.

My side fan is blowing right on my 5770 and cooled it 10c under load than what It was getting prior. However, you have a side fan already, so, Idk why that is so high. Ambients? OC'd 6870? Case? Fill out your rig info in your sig sometime.
