Unless it has NF200 chip under the hood and therefore dual 16x pci-e lanes, nothing interesting or worths getting excited about here. Another crippled 8x/8x board.

I'd anticipate about the same price. It's not like they even added a DVI or HDMI out. Oh, and it looks like they added a clear CMOS button, which the P67 UD4 does not have.
