Just gotta double up the mouse feet to make room for the scotch tape/lower lift-off-distance/compensate for the stock feet's thinness and throw some scotch tape over the sensor hole to minimize the lift off distance and it's almost a flawless mouse other than the fact that it's palm grip and too heavy.

So biased!

That aside, it's regarded one of the best gaming mice in the mid range. With mice I tend to buy in stores, it's worth the extra to make sure it suits your grip style.

You can't go wrong with the dA though.

The sensor has a higher lift off distance than most others and the bottom if the mouse is poorly designed to allow the plastic belly of the mouse drag on the surface even with brand new feet. Both unbiased facts.

The fact that this mouse is one of the better mice available just shows how bad the mouse market is.

What do you mean by the mid range?

I would vote for the mouse, because I have the mamba and I love it. I know the mice are pretty much the same, just with the wireless difference.

I personally LOVE my DA. Also, everyone says palm grip, but I claw the hell out of mine and it works great for me. Very comfortable, nice solid feel, I've had zero tracking issues. I say go for it.

BTW: if you live next to a Best Buy, I'm pretty sure they have DA in stock in most locations.

I like my DeathAdder. It suits me just fine. It's really preference though.

I didn't want laser and this was 35$ on Amazon. Can't complain.

Also LoD isn't as bad if you know how to use a mouse properly.

I have the Deathadder right now and I love it. Yes the lift-off distance is a bit much, but you'll get used to it. The mouse does sit really low. Where could someone get more feet for a mouse?

I have a deathadder and love it. At first I thought this mouse would not last me long, cause it feels so fragile, but i've had it for about a year and it's still going strong. I say go for it if you can try it out.

Make sure to always try a mouse before you buy it, not everyone favors the same kind of mouse.
