Ok. just the CPU block would be ok for now.. I dont see too much of a need for a GPU at the moment, as I am not overclocking them. Unless you say otherwise I think I will stick with just CPU. Can the GPU block be easily added to the system later on? And what would you recommend exactly for each of those items?

That rad is 360 mm tall (measure it), it will go behind the three front intake fans. harddrives will have to find new homes (up top or on the sides) a 240 mm rad can fit on the back and if you want alot of modding, cut the top tray and put a 360 mm up top.

How do you put the rad behind the fans when there are the shelves that divide each bay that the fans are in? Do I have to cut these out?

If you don't want to go with the massive 360mm radiator, Antec does make one that is custom for the 1200:

Antec 200mm Liquid Cooling Radiator - (Designed for Antec Twelve Hundred Chassis)

It's probably not the best radiator ever, but it will work with no modification to your chassis.

I'm not terribly concerned about modding... I just want a good setup that looks great and will cool better than the Corsair H50

There wouldn't happen to be a block that does 1156 and 1155 would there? I plan to upgrade the cpu/mobo soon.
