Windows 7 Connectiong Error 651

I just moved my sig rig to another location for a few weeks, when I pluged in the wireless network card and tryed to connect to the internet to set it up it says connection Failed with error 651, The modem (or connecting device) has reported with an error.

Any ideas? I can't get accsess to the interwebs lol. any help would be great, google search shows alot of people are having this problem, but no confirmed fix's.

I'd try those and see where you get. You could also try connecting in "safe mode with networking" to rule out any issues with conflicting programs. If you can connect in safe mode with networking, then you know a driver or some other program (possibly even malware) is causing the issue.
