Rear case fan

Thread Starter
Hi guys i built a new computer over last weekend and just received a 120mm fan for the back of my case and i was wondering should i set it to intake or exhaust to keep it cooler? I have a wind tunnel which has 2 250 mm fans on the side and i have a hyper 212 installed on my cpu (which i oc to 4.5 ghz). Just wanted to get some answers thanks.

100% exhaust. Have your cpu fan point towards it also. The 2 250s should be facing in.

hmm dont see a diffrence in the temps oh well

unless the temps are good temps you might actually need more exhaust lol; the 2 250s may actually cause static pressure in the case

You wont see much of a change until its under load. I didnt see a difference until I had 3 pcs next to eachother running prime. Its why I have an AC when outside temps are in the 50s.
