Windows 7 Toolbars

So for this image below... I want to get rid of that double arrow next to the word Apps and so that when i need to access the toolbar..i can just click on the word app and not the tiny little arrow.



Anyone have a suggestion to how this can be achieved?

You can just disable the autohide so icons are always visible?
