That guide is a little old but it gives you a rough idea on what you need to do, You will need to buy some MOSFET's heatsinks and stick them on, they are quite cheap to get, I'm not sure where to get them in your country though.

Find something appropriate and put it on the mosfets with thermal tape.

edit-Normally guys go this route.

I have the same mb....I cut an old p4 heatsink down and made heatsinks for mosfets.Glued them down with arctic silver adhesive thermal compound, just be careful it's permanent! They used to get so hot you couldn't hold your finger on them. The heatsinks will help alot but you'll still need to get a fan blowing across or over them if you plan to really crank it up..... I run f12a bios...HT freq on auto....max cpu multiplier.....cpu freq at 272....adjust ram speed and voltages as needed.....after you install heatsinks and fans that is .....and an aftermarket cpu cooler

I used to own that board. I used homemade sinks, but I'm pretty sure one of these will fit, probably the small ones.

Bad mosfets does spell hard time's overclocking that chip stabily and safely.
Honestly I would suggest sticking to under 1.45v for now and at 3.8Ghz. But I am sure you can get 20x200 (4Ghz) @1.45v, but still watch those MOSFET temps!

ok a couple questions. how do i monitor the temp of the mosfets and is it possible that my mobo alread has a heat sink built into the mosfets? im looking at it now and i dont see anything that resembles mosfets but i see a seperate heat sink built in next to the cpu where they should be

They are the row of black squares lined up with and to the rear of cpu socket.I use CPUID HWMonitor...I beleive the mosfets temps are best shown as TMPIN0

Those are you mosfets and I don't believe that your board has a sensor for them.

edit- I dunno which revision you have but the differences seem to be cosmetic only.

The heatsink on the left of the CPU should cover it, if it is already heatsinked there isn't much more you can do for it. Putting a fan on it is not really a 24/7 fix, plus it won't help that much. If you want 4Ghz on that chip, you need a mobo with good VRM/MOSFETs.
Just stick to ~3.8Ghz

Also really its just to the touch sometimes. Download a program called "hwmonitor" (readsout all the temps it can find such as CPU, GPU etc) one of the sensors might be the MOSFETS
