Last time I had a BSOD I was supposed to increase my QPI, wasn't sure how much (only changed my RAM to rated timings) never got to changing QPI so that might be it not sure how much I shud increase by tho.

Thanks for the answer, but I am trying to narrow it down, I have had blue screens less than a week ago and the answer was to increase my QPI, and I never did that so I am wondering if that is still the issue, thanks.
