Sorry for the delay. I actually only monitor DispIO and MemIO (for me, my MemIO ran higher than my shader on all 3 cards). My MemIO only runs about 4 C above DispIO. I ran Heaven at 2048x1152 all settings maxed as well as played BFBC2 for about 2 hours straight. During both the MemIO never got above 46 C tonight (DispIO read 42). That reading was the hottest card.

I dont have an EXACT ambient but simply reading my thermostat across the room in the hallway indicated the room was around 72-73 deg F (so 23 C).

Pics as requested . My 2nd GPU died right before I got the parts so I'll have to add that in once I get it back.

What is your loop order? I'm trying to figure out how you have 4 tubes running to the 5.25 bays.

I would be tempted to switch things round a bit, so it goes more like:

res/pump > GPU > SR1 140 > CPU > SR1 360 > res / pump

Go into the GPU on the lower left port and out on the upper right, this will give you more space to get the bend in to feed the 140.

It might be tight to come out of the 140 and into the CPU block, angled fittings or swapping the in / out of the 140 is the answer there.
