i know, they have accepted payment so makes a legally binding contract so they cant cancel, i placed the order last night and got them emails this morning.
i know my rights, did buisness studies at college and know a trading standards officer

oooo! It's too late for me, Iv'e canceled my order lol, there's nothing I can do on my end now, if I knew about the legally binding contract when I bought it, I would of thought them off, but I didn't know until now :/

this is a diff company, this is ivoryegg. saverstore cancelled my order when i emailed them saying i was standing my ground.

I see, You should get a lawyer onto them, as you said you have screenshots? If you have screenshots, you can stamp on there heads and say HA HA HA!, As long as you have proof, you cam still get that 1090T for the same price before they cancelled it without your discretion, because they cancelled a contract without the buyer's consent, It's like trying to work your self out of a mobile contract like 2 months into it, it's impossible

mmmm, i suppose a could have a good go at trying get it, the 1055t and board and ram will be great for my friend and my 1055t is perfect for me.
will try an get that and could sell this lot to get another board.

Awsome, and yeah..... waiting on my 1055T to die lol, it fails to hit 4.4GHz now, and it used to do it perfectly..... I'm expecting 2 years left out of this, maybe more..... maybe I should crank up the volts tongue.gif

Since the very early days of internet shopping this hasnt been true.

Its very rare to see a site without allowance for mistakes on pricing to be clearly outlined in the terms and conditions you agree to when buying.

If the mistake goes unnoticed and you get the item then great stuff but accepting payment for an order is very rarely legally binding.

heres an example taken from amazon.co.uk
