TL;DR version:
-If you already have a P67 and aren't into video transcoding or integrated GPUs, don't upgrade to Z68.
-This board in particular is pretty good, but for $210 it doesn't have enough extras. Get it if it fits your needs, but if you can be a little more patient there may be a better or equivalent board for much cheaper to whet your appetite.

yea many manufacturers aren't able to release their entire Z68 lines ATM, they just don't have the resources.
