I just hope that "We're bringing everyone back - every main character is in Mass Effect 3 somewhere" doesn't mean that they will just be standing around somewhere like in ME2.
I really like that idea, so Tali fans get Tali, but those of us who don't really like her (She's my favourite character bar Garrus for story, but in terms of gameplay..Yeah) don't have to have her.

I feel like the only person who can't stand Tali. She's almost as bad as Jack to me. to me personally I felt like she had zero depth and was like an annoying older sister.

Tali was more or less worthless in ME1, but she grew on me a tad in ME2. She was slightly less annoying and slightly less fragile, however this was still not enough to have her ever grace my squad, nor start a digital relationship with.

I miss my Soldier/Garrus/Wrex squad, it made hardcore stupid easy.

I have not. Are you a member? Either way to each their own. I just don't get the Tali fascination and I am pretty darned open minded.

I could never finish any of the 2 games. Always long and boring, hardly any action and the weapons you get suck.

I need to get at my keyboard and play ME2...I bought it, but never installed it. Now I have to. i am curious has to how Tali recieved a following. She was certainly nothing special in ME1. Combined Tech skills with shotguns was her only specialty, but tech skills were not overly important in my opinion as long as you had some one along with a little bit to unlock stuff.

Though I guess my play style had Shepard using the shotgun so that my party member could actually hit something they shot at without bing right in front of it.Actually...in ME1 pistols seemed to do the best damage over time due to a much better accuracy.

She must have done something big in ME2...or is just because of her personality? She didn't really stand out in that reguard in my book...just sort of there.

Just replay ME2 and make sure the ones you dislike, die. Problem solved.
