Shutdown problem

Hey guys I have a weird problem which I've noticed recently. While I have my overclock on (100% tested and stable), if I reset/power down my PC from the button it will go off for a few seconds than it will turn on but it wont POST. I need to turn off the PSU from its button and wait for the motherboard to get completely turned off and then turn it on in order to get a post screen. This problem occurs when I reset the PC from the button or when the electricity goes off for a short time. If I put the overclock off this doesn't happen.

This happens sometimes on Asus and Gigabyte boards. It does not affect performance at all and won't damage anything, just an inconvenience so if its not too annoying don't worry about it.

OK, but is there some way to fix it?
