Hi,

do you think its wort it going from a coolermaster v6gt cooler to the new Corsair H60? also, the H60 fits in my case right?

Yes the Corsair H60 will fit in that case. But I would go with the hyper 212 or Thermalright Silver Arrow. Hyper 212 is prob best value without losing much efficiency

Yes the H60 will take your chip a long way. I've seen people manage 4.9GHz on H70s.


As for the 212+, a fantastic cooler though it is, it's only good for the price, imo it isn't in the same league as the H50/60/70

Idle about same. Workload 8-15 deg difference.

Depending on your goals I think the Hyper 212 is the value for sure. If you dont put the H60 to good use all the time its just as sufficient as the Hyper 212.
