Rice works well for parts without moving.. uh... parts (like the motherboard), and I'd say all you need is time.

If you have a dehumidifier, crank it up while you wait to try it. If you don't have one, check people you know. Maybe someone has one...

Remove every single piece of hardware and make sure everything is bone dry when you put it all back together.

I managed to soak my mobo and gfx card (forgot to replace o rings in the block after cleaning). I washed them down with Isopropyl Alcohol, used a hair dryer on a low settings and left it for a few days.

Ok thanks guys, the loop was distilled water only so no bad substances on my parts, also as said it wasnt plugged in and hadnt been for a good 36Hrs. All of the above is helpful, now to let you know its inside a 290mmx240mmx200mm case, ye thats right its an mini ITX PC, so removing everything will be rather difficult, there was no gpu installed, just mobo/cpu/ram/psu. hoping not to find any moisture near the cpu socket as i would prefer not to spend the time tryna get the block and everything off for that. From my assumptions it will have hit the mobo only, but we'll see.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather go through the hassle of tearing everything down and remove all my components to be sure it's all dry than hoping all the water is gone rather than finding out the hard, and costly, way...

Well with the weather here as it is, I think a couple of days to dry would be better. If you get impatient, then just a get a hairdryer on it. Just as other have said, be very carefully, set it to a low setting and let it dry out.

Hope that helps
