Yeah, it's time to format and start over clean. Also, if you use any programs to "clean" the Registry, then it's time to stop doing that as well.

na i never do i think since i used that program to clean it probably ****ed up my system. what program do you recommend to do clean ups and stuff?

I recommend not cleaning the Registry at all. It's not worth it, and it's also risky.

I would just maintain your system manually.
