First, are you using software to OC?

Second, you vcore may be a little low, try upping a notch or two and see how it flys.

Also, set your skews in BIOS to 50 and 100 respectively. That may help stablise the OC. See below

******Advanced Clock Control******
CPU Clock Skew..........................[50ps]
MCH Clock Skew..........................[100ps]

What speed is your ram running at the moment?

Software yes because my motherboard won't accept anything other than what it detects for parameters. Seems to be a common issue with this board.

Vcore is set to 1.3 volts (already bumped a little) not sure what this processor can handle?

I don't have anything called Skew in my Bios. :/

For the ram see attachment.

It is most likely do to software error, it is very unstable compared to overclocking straight from the BIOS. I didnt even bother last time I had a board that you couldnt change anything in the BIOS. Software is just not good enough, imo.
Money drainer.

Hmmm, that make it a tad difficult.

Your CPU should be okay with a max vid of 1.45 and a Vcore of 1.4v

Im looking to see if your ram is 800 mhz. If so, that may limit your head room to overclock. Let me see know.. <google>.

Yeah... looks like your ram is the 800 Mhz version, you wont get far trying to OC with it

Whats the highest stable OC you've had so far?

Well seems what I had wasn't stable at 3.2. Had some weird things happening in the games. Will have to keep trying and see what I can get it I guess. :/

Good luck

Well I had to disable the OC because it was doing weird things in the games even at 3.0 ghz. It tested fine in OCCT but in the game some of the stuff it was weird. Running faster than I should be, I stop and it walks back on it's own. Weird stuff.
