Whatcha got, whatcha like?

I'm at the mall right now walking around, and I'm seriously considering selling my ip4 for an android device. But what's good?

The atrix is $200, inspire $100 and I don't remember seeing the infuse at the store, but it's supposed to be out.

Does he have any battery life issues? That's the one negative I'm reading about it.

yea there was some my friend said. I check the running apps and he had so many open plus at&t had all there bloatware running too so it drain the battery by the end of the day which is why we Rooted it to remove some of that bloatware. other than that i thought it was a pretty sweet phone. i would of bought it myself if i could afford a smartphone bill xD. Just make sure u kill your apps after your done and u should be fine

just looked at the artix and wow...dual core and finger scanning! if you don't care about price hell go for that. idk whats the reviews but by the looks the phone looks awesome. 4G is BS atm till everything is upgrade to 4G. Cell towers whatnot.

i was using both instore. i went there to see the atrix, but with the inspire right next to it, that .3" makes a big difference. or maybe its the design around the screen... idk, but the inspire looks like it has quite a larger screen.

i know about the dualcore, which i dont really care about. ill have to do some more reading. i do want to mod the phone to have a wp7-esque look. i have backboard/wp7 on my iphone right now, and i know a similar mod exists for the android os as well.

I'm a HTC fanboy so I'd obviously recommend the inspire tongue.gif Any of the above are brilliant phones though, if you are fine without custom roms the atrix would be fine too. I also suggest you have a look at the HTC HD7, win mo 7 is a perfectly valid alternative to iOS and android....

As for the battery life issues, all smartphones have that problem. With some tweaking you'd be able to get 2 days easy.... oh and btw, the only reason the iphone has amazing battery life is because its underclocked and undervolted majorly compared to other ARM chips.

I honestly think if you can tweak the phone and mess around with it enough to get decent battery life, then the Inspire 4G should be your choice. The battery life was one of my primary reasons for not choosing the phone.

On Cyanogenmod 7 they showed u how to increase your battery life just by clearing the battery cache and whatnot after a full 100% charge.
