ok. went to the att store again today ready to buy the inspire, but while i was talking to the guy he let me see the samsung infuse. they had one unit that was being held by a manager, and let me sneak a peak. it is a beautiful phone. its a little on the large size, of course, considering the 4.5" screen, but its worth it.

i am picking one up on sunday morning before work, i will come back with pics and all. now i just gotta find a new home for my iphone4. never thought id say it, but android... here i come!

You made a very wise choice. I had all 4 phones (including the iP4) and the Samsung Infuse is by far the best. My family just switched to AT&T from T-Mobile. I had the Galaxy S4G and have had Android phones since the G1 came out. I thought I'd try the iP4 and hated it. Sold it and bought the Atrix, it was nice but I needed a larger screen (iP4 screen was pathetic). Saw the Inspire and thought nice.... Bought it and it was useless outdoors... Seriously the absolute worst phone on the planet if your an outdoorsy type. It is ridiculous how crappy the display is, it is insane. Plus I hate tons of problems with it forcing itself into car mode. Finally I have the Infuse and it is a dream come true. Tons of battery life, gorgeous display (best I've ever had), and the perfect size. It is smaller than my HTC Inspire when using the Case-Mate Barely There case. It is also the thinnest phone on the market. I haven't been this satisfied with a phone in as long as I can remember. Only thing I liked about the Inspire was the Camera... Took real good pics with nice color, but then again the Infuse has a very nice camera as well. Samsung Infuse is the best phone until the Galaxy S II comes out IMO.

Nice Choice!!!!

From what I have been able to determine it looks like the Atrix out of those 3 choices would be the best especially if your looking for battery talk time. This site helped me determine the +'s and -'s to both http://www.smartphoneenvy.com/category/reviews/ Going to the store however I liked the size and weight of the Infuse over the Atrix tho.

By using systempanel I was able to determine where my power leaks were. My battery life is a lot better. Its not going to be as good as the iPhone, but good enough for me to be happy. And yes, I agree with the post above, the infuse is by far the best phone I've ever had.
