Do gpu blocks, and cpu blocks need to be flushed with near boiling distilled like radiators do? Or is it ok just to hook em up and use em?

Im pretty sure its OK to just hook them up and use them. The radiator needs to be flushed because they leave all the crap inside when they make them.
