Help with Deciding on an upgrade

Hi guys

Recently I was Ordering My Rig on SuperBiiz and Me being the careless Idiot i am, i have by Mistake ordered the NON K Core i5 2500....Only to realize what happened when trying to overclock so this is My Problem...
the Non K has been ok for now @ 3.8 plays everything Fine

ive been reading online Can you Kindly give me your opinion on whether I should buy a new 2500K \\ 2600K or Stick with the Non k I have and Use the Money to get another HD6950 to crossfire

1.RMA the i5 2500 and get the "K" version, it has better resale value.
2. only buy processor in-store in microcenter look at their price:

3. or if micro-cemter is too far away buy from newegg

^ You can't just RMA a perfectly good working cpu.


sorry bud if you decide to part with it and get a different cpu then u will either have to sell it second hand or depending on how long you have had it for, see whether or not you can have a word with the retailer that you bourght it off and see if they can do anything for you. Other than that there isn't much you can do.
