128gb c300 should i use ramdisk?

Is there any updated guides on ssd tweaking? I've been reading some lately but most seem to be from 2010 or 2009.

Should I still use ramdisk for firefox?

It's certainly not mandatory, but for example I have configured one of my SSD rigs with a RAMDISK of 256MB and placed the firefox cache on it. I also use this RAMDISK to download podcasts and the sorts which I'd want deleted anyway after I tranfer them to my MP3 player. It's an easy thing to configure, no more than 2-3 minutes. Weather it has any benefit or not nowadays I'm not sure; with the initial Jmicron and Indininx controllers it was important as they had huge write amplification, now maybe a less so.
