It only happens when you first start up Thunderbird/Miramar. You have to click on an email account, wait for it to list the mails, then click back on the global inbox for the duplicates to go away. After a couple of hours of being open, the deleting email bug can't be gotten rid of by clicking on an email account then back to the global inbox, you have to close and restart Thunderbird to fix.
