Unlocking shaders for an ASUS non reference 6950

Thread Starter
I now have an xfx 6950(shader unlocked), and a ASUS directcu ii 6950 new. This card does not have a bios switch, and I was wondering if I could plug in my xfx and reflash the card if something goes wrong. The ASUS does not have a dual bios switch, and I am planning to overclockit and run it is crossfire.

EDIT: I just got the ASUS card wondering if it has locked bios, is laser cut, or just unflashable even with RBE

Locked down bios, and if look, some guy tried to flash a single bios card and it killed it.

Apparently techpowerup did it, but that was according to a forum post. If I do it and screw it, can I use my other card to flash it back?

Only reference 6950's and the MSI Twin Frozr III can flash.
