The last two are good choices for a Thuban. Personally, I'm partial to EVO boards.

For a 6-core Thuban 125W you will ideally want to go with a bigger 6+2 to 8+2 power phase, it really helps as these are very power-heavy chips. 4+1 or 4+2 can sometimes do, but the majority of the time (especially with that MSI board), it is unsafe

I wouldn't recommend any of those. If you're looking for a motherboard, look at the AM3 list on this page. You want it to say 8+2 (without a * is preferred, but with a * is acceptable) under phase count. Heatsinked must say yes. CPU TDP support must be 140W. Transistor info should be 2 transistors 2 drivers. VRM Protection is greatly preferred, as it prevents your vrms from getting blown in the event too much voltage is going through them, they get too hot, etc. If any of the columns have yellow or red font, i personally wouldn't get that board, as that means there's an issue with whatever's yellow or red. I still recommend an Asus M4A89GTD Pro. I purchased one last night (will be getting it monday). The reviews on it seem very good, and from what I hear Asus has one of the best RMA processes. The three boards you just asked about are not very good though. They all seem to have some negative point about them that makes them bad for your build. I have a 1090T and it has already blown a motherboard's mosfets within a month, without being overclocked (other than turbo). I personally would gladly spend the extra £12 to not have the issues.
