Potential Corsair 850AX issues?

Hello guys!
I recently built a new system (my sig, also the CPU is actually OCed to 4.2) and everything is working perfect, except 2 issues.
Issue #1: My GPU is performing poorly. It is not obvious in games (for example I get around 70-80 fps in DA2 with settings of 1080, very high, and 2xAA) but benchmarks are giving me very low scores. VERY low. I get around 800 points on Heaven with Extreme tes and no AA at 1050...I should be getting well over 1000 points. I have the latest 270.61 drivers.
Issue #2: When I press the power button on my computer, it takes 1 full second for everything to power up and get going. No real other symptoms of direct PSU issues...

This got me thinking, could both of these be related to a bad PSU? Every other component runs (from what I can tell) perfectly fine. The CPU is stable and wonderfully running, kicking benchmarks left and right. I only have a single BluRay drive and an SSD, so not too many additional components going on here.
Also, I have my corsair upside down. My case has the PSU lot on top, so I have placed it so the fan would be facing down towards the middle of the case, instead of up to a thin amount of room.

Any thoughts? Definitely the PSU or cable issues? Or none of the above?

Thank a bunch guys!

I'm going to say none of the above for issues - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/28...h-mark-results - SLI 480's are getting 1300, so for a single I don't think that your far off. As long as you are getting good FPS in games, I don't really think there is anything to worry about.

Power supplies do not throttle performance (though it can come in to play with finding stable clocks but that is besides the issue)

Hmm, I am not sure, I am told by pretty much everyone that I should be getting a much better score. Also keep in mind that they 480SLI was using at 4xAA.

3DMark06 - 16k

Based on these results, my performance is terrible...

The issue seemed to be drivers. Went back to 266.58 and scores are looking much better!
