"Hanging" video / PSU recommendation

Thread Starter
I'm getting in-game 2-3 second long "hang-ups" while playing some games (CS:Source).

I am concerned I don't have ample power with my 750Watt Thermaltake.

Do I need a higher wattage PSU?
-each vid cards wants 2 power plugs, which with all the other things in the system makes it difficult to provide a direct power source for each plug.

If more power is needed, How much? Should I go for Modular?

I 950
Gigabyte X-58 Ud3r
2x 6870 Radeon
1 SSD
4 HDD
3x120mm fans
2x140mm fans
Corsair H70 water cooler
1 BR/DVD optical
OC'd @ 4.0ghz

Thanks to all who have/and will contribute.
I've learned so much here at overclock.

Your system probably uses around 500 watts so your psu should be enough. Your psu could be bad or something but for the question you asked unless my math is bad you don't need more power.

Try a different PSU or swap the GPU?

Which Thermaltake 750W? They have like, eight different 750W models. Some good, some crap.
