I read the article, you can access the kernel and mess witha few settings for example. Also if you can do that you can change the voltage, and/or clock speeds. I'm very sorry but stupidity doesn't come into it, it's a well made example imo. It would indeed be possible to do that, i'm just saying where's the protection for it as i haven't really delved any deeper into this webGL, i also haven't heard of it until today.
