Need someone good with Photoshop

Hey guys, admittedly I am crap at Photoshop and the program simply incenses me lol.

So basically I am looking for a fellow member to help me out. I have the design completed in MS Word, Yes word lol. However I need it done in Photoshop so that when it is saved, the image will be at its true designed size.

Basically What I need is my original document design turned into the following

Specs:

Size: A3
Resolution DPI: 300 At least.

This is for an A3 Gloss Printout if that helps so it needs to be high res. Please find attached the MOCK document of the design as a guide and also the Font file used. It needs to be exactly the same as the MOCK design provided.

I would very much appreciate the help from someone who knows what they are doing as I do not

Here you go dude. I made a few copies so you can choose the best. I honestly like the one that has the tiled background. It works best with the text you want. I also included the Photoshop document file because when you export the image to a .jpg it doesn't keep all of the quality that the Photoshop document has.

Here is a link to megaupload of your files. I couldn't get OCN's Filemanager to upload quick enough. Follow this link

Let me know what you think and if there is anything else I can do to make it more to your liking please let me know

Those look fantastic , good idea with the tiles, looks fab I like and want every variation you have done !, also quick questions as I am a noob. When in Jpeg mode in Windows viewer, if I click it to fit it to my screen the infinity and dash symbols look furry/distorted/ perhaps this is because it is zooming further than a3 spec ?. However in Photoshop using the PSD files when I click to view it in print size it seems ok, am I to assume that using print view size in Photoshop it is showing me what it will look like when printed to A3 specs ? I am simply wondering if the infinity and dash symbols need re-doing to a higher resolution as on the shots given, I can see some jagged edges, there not to bad but kind of noticeable

Also just a little something, nothing major but the ''P'' needs to go an increment higher as its not suppose to be level with the bottom of the ''L'' If you refer to my document I uploaded and your images, you will get what I mean

Thanks very much for your help so far, I just want to get these perfected I will be sending you a small gift which you may or may not need but I feel I ought to

I will work on it when i get home. I will be redoing the infinity dash infinity symbol because I didn't know how to type it so i just dragged it over to the Photoshop document and resized it and that is why it is a little distorted. So yah I will make those fixes when I get home and I will reupload it later.

Awesome thats great bro, I look forward to seeing it after the fixes I listed

Edit * Also I just realised thanks to Taylorsci that the dash mark is not centred can you do that also ? Thanks
post #8 of 33
Made three versions:
v1 is exactly like what you had in your word document
v2 just does some centering and moves up the dash mark
v3 is an increased size of v2.
I put the psd files and the jpegs in the folder, so if you want to change the background you can (or someone else).

Good catch, I forgot to center the dash mark lol. I am hoping nick19268 will catch on that also, just edited my post above to include that fix. Thanks very much

Np, would have just extracted the backgrounds from his since you seem to like them. But I didn't want to take his work. If he wants to use my font/size/placement that's alright with me. Text is non-jagged and the resolution is set to 400.
