pliable cables?

Thread Starter
My psu has cables that are kind of stiff. I need to bend one quite a bit to fit my cooler fan properly. The motherboard is an MSI Big Bang Xpower and the 8-pin cpu power connector wants to run right where the fan needs to go. If I got a single-sleeved 8-pin 12v extension, would that let me bend the cable more so it doesn't block my fan?

It will definitely give you some more length for possibly different routing. As for the flexibility, that is going to depend on stiffness of the extension.
