They can't price it right imo. They most certainly would have to price it higher than the 460 at least. Why would they price a later generation model of the same card less than the original? But then, it will have to offer a performance increase over the 460 to be viable in the high ~1xx price point - where it then runs into competition from AMD. I just don't see how it can work.
