How long do Asus take to RMA?

I sent an old P45 to OCUK for RMA. First, they said with it being an old board they'd probably give me a credit note. Which was fine. Then, after sending it in they post on the RMA section that they are pursuing a replacement. But, I want the credit note?

A over a month goes by and still no update. Everyone on their webnote system simply lies to you about finding out the status or just fobs you off over the weekend. I've been patient with them, and said I know there has been a couple of Bank Holidays, which slow things down a little bit. But a month? It'd be easier if they just give me a damn credit note and let me get on with my life!

Anyone else have experience with these two?

P.S.

This is, baring in mind, that OCUK once lost an RMA of mine a couple of months back by giving me the wrong number (RMA number) over the phone and then refusing it at the door because of said wrong number. They offered to courier it from my house, when I got the board back, for free. Until I called back and said "well, the board is actually in your local delivery office, wouldn't it save you money to pick it up instead?" which they agree to, then never did. To of which, Royal Mail sent it to Belfast (from England) to be opened and checked. It never came back. I'm still waiting for my £41 compensation, too
