Corsair Service hassle free!

I have to say that I am very surprised and amazed how easy it is to do an RMA with Corsair.

About 2 weeks ago, My TX750 started to die and I was hesitant to RMA because I am a lazy person when it comes to things that I think might have a possibility of getting the run around or hassle.

I never even talked to them on the phone. All I had to do was fill out a form with the details of my situation and then they approved my RMA and gave me simple instructions on what to do and how to ship it back.

It cost me $14.95 (Large Box Flate Rate) + $0.70 (Delivery Confirmation) but it was worth it because I just got an email from them saying that I'm getting their new V2 TX750!

I just wanted to take the time and share this in case anyone here has a Corsair Product or thinking about buying one, they can rest assured that the customer service is excellent!

What's next? Praising Coca Cola for actually putting 12 ounces of soda in a 12 ounce can or Olive Garden for bringing out more breadsticks?

Maybe I'm just jaded.

Congrats on Corsair for... doing their job?

I hope your PSU lasts forever.
If not, let me know. I'll have a brand new unopened V2 TX750 I can sell to you for $104 Shipped. That is unless BFG goes back into business and can provide you an RMA.

They often like to upgrade you or give you a new revision. Isn't the TX950 still in production? HX1000 is probably out of stock, and it's a downgrade from a TX950 anyway. And Corsair doesn't have a higher-wattage unit (nobody will give a lower-wattage replacement even if something like HX850 may be a little superior in general) aside from that other than the AX1200, so...

enjoy your AX1200 lol.

I tried to ship a Corsair PSU via USPS and it got broken en-route.

You're lucky it was already damaged
