Graphic Cards don't come with sound cards, that depends on your motherboard.
You can use your 570 on your TV, most of the brands come packed with a HDMI to Mini-HDMI converter which you will need.

edit: Your motherboard supports on-board sound so your clear to go.

WAaaaa?

Yes the 570 will have audio out over HDMI. If you can get a 570 cheap enough then do it, but the 6950's are super cheap and can be unlocked to a 6970.

HDMI is not a sound card substitute. It's just a passthrough for your soundcard. You uninstall your onboard audio card while using HDMI and you're not going to have any sound.

hmm....not that I am an audio expert, but my motherboard does not have on board audio. For a bit, I had a I-inc monitor with inbuilt speakers. The HDMI out was carrying through sound just fine. I did have a PCI sound card installed.

Ugh. Same difference. The sound is NOT generated on the graphics card. You need a sound card, either integrated or stand alone, to create the sound that is sent over HDMI.

The Graphics card supplying the HDMI port just acts as a bridge between the HDMI out and the sound card, it does not act as a sound card itself.

This is not a true statement. All of the HD4xxx right on up that have an HDMI port have Dolby digital sound output via the HDMI cable. From my bios I can disable the onboard audio and still play pandora out of my tv.

That being said you do not have the traditional mic in, line in, line out speaker out capabilities of even the cheapest onboard audio card. But if you are doing an media center PC you should not need that.
