Gtx 260 sli

So I currently have this card

EVGA GTX 260

I want to get a second GTX 260 so that I can put them into SLI. I can't get that card anymore because it isn't sold. I was looking into this other Gigabyte GTX 260, and I noticed some differences on the speeds, and I was wondering how well it would work to SLI the two cards. Here's the link to the other card:

both have the 192 core processors. It will sli fine. The speeds should take the lower clocked vid card iirc.

Shouldn't be a problem at all. Manufacturer doesn't matter as long as they're the same. If you decide to go with a different card, make sure it's 192 core version.

Just dont get the Core 216 version and it will be fine. If they are diffrent clock speeds then it will just lower it to the lowest clock speed. If i wear you, I would see that card and use the money that you wear going to buy a new 260 with to buy a newer card.

Ok, that's what I was wondering. Would I be able to overclock the slower one so they both match?

I didn't plan on getting a new card, my friend has that card and is willing to sell it to me for $40.
