Keyboard w/ White LEDs - Page 2

The standard is 6kro+4 modifiers which is honestly more than you will ever actually need at one time.

The backlit keys are a must. Thats why I said it in the OP. tongue.gif And I've had blue and red before (saitek and logitech) and they still just don't have the brightness and contrast I want. I have congenital stationary night blindness (can't pick up light in low-light situations... for example, I can't see stars no matter how clear the night). I will check out those mechanicals more when they come in stock as the brighter, the better.

Appreciate all the posts, but no need to have an argument over mechanical vs regular. Just looking for white lit keyboards even if it is one to hold me over 'til I can find something like that deck one.

Thanks for the replies!

If that is the problem then deck is your best bet due to the design of mechanical keys the decks have to have an LED per key while other board use diffusers meaning a desk can get quite bright.

Had to dig through Yugioh videos to find this apparently deck legend is some big thing in yugioh but anyway you can see the LEDs even reflect off of his hand

I believe both the Logitech G19 and Logitech 510 can have their lighting changed to white via software.

Yeah... that looks great (as annoying as the video was to me). Will keep my eye out for one of those. biggrin.gif

This is the only place you can get the deck in the US they ship out of Wisconsin and from what I have seen across the forums the guy who ships them in the U.S. is great with customer service. If you send him an email you may even be able to get him to send you a video or something of the frost at max brightness.

That is the keyboard, I am actually using that one right now and I have been for gaming for the past 1 and a half years. Simply Fantastic. You don't need a mechanical keyboard for gaming, really it becomes what ones personal preference and taste is. I like mechanical keyboards, but I also like low profile keys as well.

The logitech one is almost like a laptop keyboard but the keystroke distance is just a tad longer than one. I have not found this to inhibit my ability to kick everyone else's ass when playing videos games, I also believe since the keystroke distance is a tad shorter you "technically" might have a better reaction time for your character. I know that really depends on the person but if you think about it... it could be true. Just my 2 Lincolns though.

BTW: The Backlight on the keyboard is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. smile.gif

Nice. I swore that those were only red/green/blue but I guess I was wrong! Just saw this (bottom of page):

Looks pretty damn white to me.
