i wont go that far as to paint the MObo.. no way haha. and i just realized that the 7 series of GPUs is out soon.. so i think im going to stick with the 5770s (times 2) untill the fall.. and then upgrade them to a 7 series. this will get the best results i believe.

and thanks for the info Aniket, I'm going to take your advice.
i jsut hope that this all works in my favor

Yes, they will, but there will some features of the new CPUs that the 890FX chipsets will not be able to utilize..

But if you are thinking about buying a CHIV over a V just for the color you are loco homie

edit: Actually, when the V comes out, if you want a IV, I will sell you mine! It's a good overclocker and i'll even throw in the waterblock!

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a *****... famous words haha

im crossing my fingers that there's a red them one.. i just want this build to be visually appealing. and other than instant AMD cpu support, its not HUGE upgrade like me going from my current mobo to the new V. both mobos are gona do what i need.

The Bulldozer, hmmm I really don't think that it will bottle neck CrossfireX

Unless this guy plays on more than that 22" in his sig rig, I fail to see the need to upgrade his video card(s) immediately. It's certainly more fun to skip a generation for upgrades, as far as the wow factor goes. CF 5770's should hold out some more months. I'm also waiting for the 7k series probably.

i agree, i am going to wait for the new 7 series. and i only have a 22" wide screen, when i upgrade the cards i will be getting a much nicer display as well to match it. im really going all out on this build. i will be starting to purchase as soon as the main components are released. and my wife is going to help me Vlog a lot the build, and there should be a nice video for the time lapse build, my wife loves sony vegas so, it will be an interesting summer for us both

i have decided to go with the crosshair IV and one of the six core CPUs. even after the new ones come out. unless i can get an 8 core CPU fro under 350 bucks. for what i need my computer to do its not going to make a HUGE difference. since i dont edit video or photoshop. i jsut game and watch movies. and thers a great deal on 26 gigs of corsair dominator ram and an X6 right now on neweg.. wouldnt mind getting if i can get the cash in time

update on red death, im changgin the build rather drasticlly. in foundings of a better job, i am able to get some better stuff.
i have decided to go with the corsair graphite 600t white mid tower case
the antec Khuler water cooling system, a phenom II x6 1090 and 16 gigs of patriot sector 5 memory. im trying to get away from antec products so i can broaden my view on other companies, instead of getting the same things over and over. is there anyone here that can tell me if the coarsair WC system is just as good as the antec Khuler? im interested because if it is comparable i would rather get the corsair one instead. thanks all
