Why is it downclocking!

Ok fellas please read the symptom.

Been folding since the CC. Yesterday I notice my TPF way too high. I take a look at my computer and its running at 190 x 12 2.2 Ghz! I m like ***. I though maybe it was a temp monitor error. So i opened real temp, core temp, cpu-z and AIDA64 and they all read the same. The computer has not been turned off in days. So restarted and verified all the energy saving stuff was off

I have no thermal protection on any program. Max temp is 77c

Intel Speed step Disabled
Turbo Mode Enabled
CXE Function Disabled
Execute Disable Bit Disabled
Virtual Technology Disabled
HT Enabled
Active processors ALL
Turbo Performance Disabled
Spread spectrum Disabled

I notice Real temp some times drops to 191 x 20.
And then all the monitors show a drop to 191 x 12?

For the mean time Im going to drop it to 3.8 ghz.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it!

someone mentioned that. i did have a 90mm fan @ 7v blowing air on it so......yeah it might be. anyhow I flashed to older bios and it stopped downclocking. I had the same setting as above. yes very strange. It did start to happen about 8 days into the CC. Anyhow, I gonna RMA my mobo. Thank you!
