I think Im gonna get this one to power a Crosshair IV Formula and a 6870 crossfire setup:

http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-500...er-supply.html

Now, what I dont understand is:

-It says it comes with 2 6PCIe plugs, are those on the hard wired rail or they come from the modular plugs on the back..?
-To have 4 6PCIe connectors, should I buy the cables to connect them on the back, either 8 to 6 or 6-6, or buy molex to PCIe adaptors..?
-Finally, the CHIV needs an extra 4 pin to OC, is 700W enough for all this..?

That PSU will be more than enough for the setup you have in mind, yes. You'll need to rely on Molex-to-PCIe adapters if you want 4 PCIe connectors though.
Can I ask where you're from and what your budget is? I think we could find you a better unit than the ModXStream 700W unless your choices are severely restricted by your budget and/or your location.

Thanks for the reply..

Well, I live in Costa Rica but receive all my internet stuff in Miami where it's then shipped down here..

This OCZ has a great price going for $84 on Amazon, and I've been looking for budget 700+ PSUs for while and this is the only one with good reputation..

If you have anything else in mind, for around the same price, and that could include 4 of those 6 pin connectors I'm all ears..

I would suggest one of these two units:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...x+650w&x=0&y=0
The Core Edition is not modular but performs slightly better.
The other one is modular but has a small problem in crossload conditions. If you're not a purist it won't affect you, so if you want a modular unit, this is the one for you in my opinion. I know you said you want a 700+W unit, but let me tell you that your system would run great on a good 550W PSU. However, the only 550W PSU with 4 PCIe connectors is the Kingwin LZP-550, which is expensive since it's the best PSU on the market currently. So your best option is the XFX XXX 650W unit I was just talking about.
