1055t max temps whats the truth!

i have been reading around trying to find the prop feel safe 100% load temps for when i overclock my 1055t ... the problem i have is so many sites are saying all kind of temps does anyone here know the truth!

I had read a thread here where one of the guys asked AMD directly.

The result of that was a max of 62 degrees at the core and 93 degrees(socket) puts the CPU into thermal shutdown.

Me personally, I haven't put it to the test but I will once I have nailed 300 MHz CPU frequency.

my system bsods at 65+ temps so id say the thermal shut off is pretty good on this cpu.

Yeah I tend not to worry about that at the moment, the built in safety is top notch.

The thermal shutoff may apply to both CPU and VRM temperatures. Since you run an x6 on a 4+1 phase with no cooling (so far) this thermal shutoff/throttling may happen more often than you desire. I advise you get some cooling on there.

It is 62°C... I read it on an Official AMD post or some sort of thing. I don't remember where. But it is 62.
