You still need a collet to use either of those.

Either mandrel will work. The EZ-Lock just makes it easier to change blades (which are more expensive to boot).

Definitely get the reinforced cut off discs. The emery discs are crap.

The kit you linked is OK. It covers all the basics (cutting, sanding and polishing). Weather its worth it depends on which accessories you will use. It wouldn't be a bad kit to have.

This^
I have the EZ-lock Mandrel and the reinforced discs for it. It saves a lot of time switching out discs.

any suggestions about ^^^

Looks like an OK kit. $15 seems a bit cheap for a kit that includes a diamond wheel (no idea about the quality). The reinforced cut off blades are all you really need for case modding. You'll probably never use the wood and metal blades along with the 1/4" mandrel.

you're right, at this price you can't be sure about the quality,
i'm so confused about the cutting discs,
will any body , please suggest a good quality for the regular reinforced discs(post a link if u can), not the EZ-lock
??????
